The QPR mission is to reduce suicidal behaviors and save lives by providing innovative, practical, and proven suicide prevention training.

Just as people trained in CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver help save thousands of lives yearly, people trained in Question. Persuade. Refer. (QPR) learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help.

During the course, you will:

-Learn how to question, persuade, and refer someone who may be suicidal.

-Learn the common warning signs of suicidal behavior.

-Learn the warning signs of suicide.

-Learn how to offer hope to someone who is suicidal.

-Learn how to get help for someone in crisis and save a life.

Participants earn a two-year certification upon completion.
